Any business person will tell you that time is actually working against you every single day that your open.
Having a time schedule is very important in making your business more productive. You must spread yourself out when working your business so that every task gets completed in a time effective manner.
Too many distractions is a big cause for many business owners failure. If you work from home then you need to turn off the TV, turn off the cell phone, don't dilly dally surfing the web or instant messaging your friends. These distractions will slow the growth of your business and ultimately the growth of your bank account. Try putting the radio on very low so that you have something to break the sound.
Here are a few tips that will help you better manage your time:
1. I know of a lot of people that will sit in front of the computer for 10-15 hours at a time and not accomplish a thing. Try focusing for just 3 or 4 hours at a time and you will get a lot more accomplished.
2. Take a Break! Its important to walk away from the computer or your desk and let your mind relax for a few. Eat lunch, go for a run, or walk the dog. Anything to give your mind a break from work. You will have a more focused train of thought by doing this.
3. Eat a healthy and complete breakfast before you do anything. When your body and mind are working together as one, you will have the ability to get more done.
4. When you complete a project, take 10 minutes away from the project and then come back and review what you just did. If you have a trusted mentor, have them review it as well. Then make your necessary changes and get it submitted.
5. Your daily activities and routine should remain the same from day to day until it becomes second nature to you. Here is an example, creating 2-5 videos a day will soon enough lead to enough exposure that you will not have to do as many per day.

Do a little magic to your website with your meta tags - First, what are the meta tags?
Meta tags are hidden tags included inside the part of your website. If you don’t know what that is, your webmaster will know for sure. Meta tags are there (or should be) to supply the web page with additional information regarding its content. When search engine robots analyse your page, they first look at your meta tags and then compares it to the rest of the content (using very complex algorithms). I must tell you, meta tags are very important, but they won’t boost your page rank! :) There are many other thins taken into consideration by robots.
A meta tag has few attributes, some required, some optional. “Content” is a must. You have to include it and set a value for it. The optional ones are “http-equiv”, “name” and “scheme”.
Now.. Let’s say we’re selling shoes. Here are few examples and usage. The name might take multiple values:
1. keywords - with this you specify for which (main) keywords your site will “compete” in search queries with other websites. Example: . This will help us get higher in the search results page when keywords like “shoes” or “men shoes” or “women shoes” are entered in the search query. Of course, these are our main keywords, but with a big pagerank we can appear in a good position for many other searches related to “shoes”. 2. description - few words/sentences about your website
3. author - who created the page :)
4. robots - to allow or disallow indexing by robots
5. copyright - the copyright date of the page
Also, very very important is the title of the page. Have a good and relevant title for your page.
To conclude, if you want to get higher in search engine results, focus on title+meta tags (especially keywords and description) and of course … content.

There are two basic reasons to submit a web site or web page to a search engine. The first reason would be to add an entirely new web site because the site operators would rather not wait for a search engine to discover them. The second reason is to have a web page or web site updated in the respective search engine.
How web sites are submitted?
There are two basic methods still in use today that would allow a webmaster to submit their site to a search engine. They can either submit just one web page at a time, or they can submit their entire site at one time with a sitemap. However, all that a webmaster really needs to do is to submit just the home page of a web site. With just the home page, most search engines are able to crawl a site, provided that it is well designed.
Web sites desire to be listed in popular search engines because that is how most people access web sites. People like to search for information on the web at what is known as a search engine. Sites that appear on the first page of a search are said to be in the top 10. Clicking on a hyperlink causes the found web page to appear in the searchers web browser.
Thus, webmasters often highly desire that their sites appear in the top 10 in a search engine search. This is because searchers are not very likely to look over more than one page of search results, known as a SERPs.
In order to obtain good placement on search results in the various engines, webmasters must optimize their web pages. The process is called search engine optimization. Many variables come into play, such as the placement and density of desirable keywords, the hierarchy structure of web pages employed in a web site (i.e., How many clicks from the home page are required to access a particular web page?) , and the number of web pages that link to a given web page. The Google search engine also uses a concept called page rank.
PageRank relies on the uniquely democratic nature of the web by using its vast link structure as an indicator of an individual page’s value. In essence, Google interprets a link from page A to page B as a vote, by page A, for page B. But, Google looks at considerably more than the sheer volume of votes, or links a page receives; for example, it also analyzes the page that casts the vote. Votes cast by pages that are themselves important” weigh more heavily and help to make other pages “important.” Using these and other factors, Google provides its views on pages’ relative importance
